Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure they are replenished as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Handle general administrative tasks such as typing, drafting correspondence, and organizing files
- Assist with planning company events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 900$ per month
