We are seeking a skilled and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Atlanta. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in retail stores and ensuring that they are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail store managers to ensure proper product placement and promotion
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking when necessary
- Create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase our products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor products
- Train store staff on product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising techniques
- Travel between multiple retail locations to ensure consistency in product presentation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards for our brand
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to travel between retail locations as needed
Salary: $1600 per month
