Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining budget and financial goals. You will be expected to maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while also developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Your strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with both staff and customers will be essential in creating a positive work environment and ensuring overall success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including scheduling shifts, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality and service standards to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain budgetary goals by monitoring expenses and controlling costs
- Ensure compliance with health codes, sanitation standards, and safety regulations
- Develop training programs for staff members on proper food handling procedures
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus or specials

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food handling procedures, health codes, sanitation standards, etc.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Doha
