Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lom, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase company revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training and support
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Previous experience in the same industry is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Lom, Egypt. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible to work in Egypt.
