Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Vilnius is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design to construction. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Review and approve project designs, ensuring they meet safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and expenses, making cost-effective decisions without compromising on quality
- Mentor and train junior architects, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
