Preservation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop and implement preservation plans that comply with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting research on the history, construction methods, and materials of historic buildings
- Assessing the condition of historic buildings and identifying areas in need of preservation or restoration
- Developing preservation plans that include detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Overseeing preservation projects to ensure compliance with plans and standards
- Collaborating with contractors and other professionals to ensure the proper execution of preservation work
- Providing guidance on maintenance techniques to ensure the long-term preservation of historic buildings

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of preservation techniques, materials, and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
- Experience working on historical restoration projects is preferred
