Administrative Assistant
We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Salalah. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate with other departments within the company as needed
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one.
