Office Assistant
We are in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our busy office in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian or Canadian nationals. No English proficiency is required for this position. Accommodation will not be provided, but a visa and ticket will be provided free of charge.
