A well-established restaurant in Vilnius is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1400$, perfect for students or individuals with other part-time commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Oversee food preparation, ensure quality control, and handle any customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment according to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions or special events to attract more customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is considered an asset
- Valid biometric passport for non-EU citizens
