Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Jizan. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience while still maintaining flexibility in their schedule. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, responding promptly and efficiently
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, and running errands when needed
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in an office setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work legally in Jizan
