Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Porto. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the office staff, managing schedules and appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
- Manage schedules and appointments for team members
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
- Process and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.
