We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a contract job with accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs such as fixing leaky pipes, replacing light fixtures, and patching drywall
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing air filters and checking plumbing for leaks
- Handle basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing damaged furniture
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Work efficiently to complete multiple tasks within given time frames

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various repair techniques including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Must have your own visa for working in the US
