Merchandiser Coordinator

A leading retail company in Karachi is seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising and experience in coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to plan and execute product assortments
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on latest trends and competitor offerings
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for assortment changes
- Coordinate with visual merchandisers to create appealing displays in stores
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure profitability for the company
- Manage inventory levels and track sales data to optimize product availability
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while also sourcing new ones

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career within our dynamic company.
