Facade Technician

We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. This role requires prior experience in facade work and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance on facades to ensure they are in good condition
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades and take necessary corrective measures
- Comply with safety regulations while working at heights or using equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with building facades
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of facade materials, tools, and techniques
- Good physical stamina for working at heights and lifting heavy objects
- Basic understanding of safety protocols when working on a construction site

Salary: $1400 per month

This is a part-time position suitable for men. English proficiency is not required but preferred. Accommodation will not be provided.
