Entry Level Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Entry Level Excavator Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other earth-moving tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of excavation and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators efficiently and safely according to job site requirements
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Ensure proper use of hand signals when working with ground personnel
- Communicate effectively with team members on job site progress and any issues that arise
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job site needs

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nakuru, Kenya

Preference will be given to Indian nationals or individuals with experience working with Indian companies.

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be able to secure their own housing in Nakuru.
