Job Title: Moderator


We are hiring a Moderator to join our team in Lahore! As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and respectful communication between users on our online platform. You will work closely with our community management team to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our online platform
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure respectful communication
- Respond promptly to user reports and inquiries
- Collaborate with the community management team to develop strategies for maintaining a positive community atmosphere
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or violations
- Continuously monitor trends and user behaviors to improve moderation policies

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proven experience in moderating online communities or forums is preferred
- Knowledge of crisis management techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
