Entry-Level Gardener


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our gardening team in Nakuru. As an entry-level gardener, you will be responsible for assisting with various gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and maintaining the overall appearance of our gardens.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

City:
This position is located in Nakuru, a bustling city known for its beautiful parks and gardens.

Requirements:
- No prior experience in gardening is required, but a passion for plants and willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills in English are preferred.
- Indian nationality is preferred, but not required.
- Must be willing to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Accommodation will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants.
- Help with weeding and removing unwanted plants from gardens.
- Prune trees and shrubs as directed by the head gardener.
- Maintain the overall appearance of gardens by raking leaves, mowing lawns, and cleaning walkways.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding plant health to the head gardener.
- Follow all safety protocols while using gardening equipment.
