Tiler Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Acre. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of our team of tilers to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of tilers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Ensure that all tiling work is completed according to client specifications and industry standards
- Train new tilers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Keep detailed records of work hours, materials used, and project expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in tiling, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of various tiling techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, measure accurately, and calculate material requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Biometric passport required for international travel
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1700$ per month for this position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees.
