Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and providing training and assistance to users. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Train users on how to use various computer programs and equipment
- Resolve user problems in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to their work
- Keep accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in order to provide the best possible support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
