Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Triesen, working on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with proven experience leading and coordinating teams in the design and construction of various building projects. This role involves overseeing the overall planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and designs
- Oversee the creation of project proposals, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage project schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor project budget to ensure financial targets are met
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the building process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years as a manager or lead architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software programs
- Good understanding of budgeting processes

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Triesen. Nationality or location preference is for Egyptian candidates.
