Facade Technician
We are in search of a skilled Facade Technician to join our growing team in Braga. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing facades
- Repair any damages or defects found during inspections
- Safely operate equipment such as scaffolding, cranes, and lifts
- Work at heights using proper safety equipment and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods and techniques related to building facades
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additional technical training or certification in facade installation or repair is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position without accommodation. We also offer opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This job is located in Braga, Portugal. Applicants must have their own valid visa allowing them to work in Portugal.
