Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a computer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for various computer systems and software applications. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining system security.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Experience with network setup and troubleshooting is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas, but we welcome applicants from all over the world. Indian nationals are preferred.
