Mason Supervisor

Are you an experienced Mason looking for a leadership role? Our construction company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled and reliable Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Lay out foundations, walls, and other structures using hand or power tools
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications and apply it to surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Repair or replace damaged bricks, stones, or other materials as needed
- Ensure that all work meets safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Proven experience in supervising a team of masons
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project requirements
- Strong knowledge of different masonry techniques and materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1400$ per month
