A reputable floral shop in Washington is seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Your creativity and eye for detail will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our shop's reputation.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Designing and creating stunning floral arrangements using different types of flowers, foliage, and accessories
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the shop by arranging displays, cleaning work areas, and organizing inventory
- Providing excellent customer service by offering suggestions and recommendations for floral designs based on client's budget and occasion
- Handling orders from start to finish including processing payments, packaging arrangements, and delivering to clients if required
- Managing inventory levels by ordering necessary supplies and keeping track of stock levels
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer unique and modern arrangements

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Florist in a professional setting
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while working with flowers

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
