Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and uphold company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and minimize costs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles for managing financials is an advantage

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract job: This is a contract position with a possibility for extension based on performance.
No experience required: We welcome candidates who are passionate about the restaurant industry with little or no experience.
12 pass jobs: Minimum educational requirement is completion of high school (12 pass).
Location: This position is based in Ar Rumaythiyah.
