A reputable retail company in Beer-Sheva is seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail and be able to effectively manage product displays and inventory levels. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for building relationships with suppliers and negotiating pricing and product placement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage product displays and maintain visually appealing store layouts
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend changes in product selection or placement
- Collaborate with store managers to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Train and supervise junior merchandising staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain visual displays
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary:
$1200 per month

Location:
Beer-Sheva, Israel (Preference for Pakistani nationals)
