Metal Worker


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Siauliai. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts to create a variety of products. Your main duties will include reading blueprints, operating machinery and hand tools, and ensuring that all finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the dimensions and specifications of parts
- Use various hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues with machinery or equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working with metal materials
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using hand tools/machinery
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (in English or Lithuanian)
- Must be able to legally work in Siauliai without sponsorship

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
