Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in the United States. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, from initial concept to final completion. This includes managing a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and scheduling
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies
- Lead a team of architects and other professionals to achieve project goals
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise
- Review project proposals and provide feedback to improve design concepts
- Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to travel for site visits as needed
