We are a bustling coffee shop located in the heart of Ajman, seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to customer preferences and company standards
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal offerings, and accurately explain them to customers
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers with precision and care
- Take orders from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Uphold food safety standards when handling food items
- Continuously strive to improve drink recipes based on customer feedback

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
