Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute spot trades based on signals provided by the analytical team

• Work closely with a mentor to apply trading strategies in real-time markets

• Learn and apply risk management principles

• Monitor, record, and report on trades for performance tracking

• Develop decision-making skills to progress toward independent trading

Required Skills

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency and financial markets

• Ability to follow structured instructions and mentorship

• Basic understanding of crypto exchanges and trading platforms

Education & Experience

• No formal financial degree required; open to motivated candidates from diverse backgrounds

• Prior exposure to crypto markets (even as a hobbyist) is a plus

• Familiarity with exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, Uniswap, or 1inch

• Previous trading or financial experience is beneficial but not mandatory

• Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
