Administrative Coordinator
Our company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documents and providing orientation
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Create, update, and maintain various databases and records
- Support HR department with administrative tasks such as timekeeping, payroll processing, and employee benefits enrollment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with accommodation. This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to candidates who already have a valid biometric passport.
