We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating accurate maps and plans for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. This job is open to foreigners who have strong English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyzing survey data and creating accurate maps and plans
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure that survey data is utilized effectively in construction projects
- Identifying potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and providing solutions
- Conducting research on land records, property boundaries, and other relevant information
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress
- Maintaining accurate records of surveys and producing reports as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Previous experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying in Bulgaria
