IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, tracking issues through to resolution, and maintaining accurate records of requests and resolutions. You will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and ensuring their smooth operation. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English, with preference given to Egyptian nationals. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month and includes accommodation in the city of Mauren.

As an IT Support Technician, you will need to have excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients both verbally and in writing. You should also have a strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows or MacOS is necessary for this role. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
