Office Manager


We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with ease. This person will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing schedules and appointments, coordinating meetings, and assisting with budgeting and financial tasks. Additionally, the Office Manager will be responsible for liaising with clients and managing communication between departments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with colleagues at all levels. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship provided.
