Restaurant Manager
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager for our busy and popular restaurant located in the beautiful city of Acre. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create schedules and manage payroll to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Manage inventory and ordering to control costs and minimize waste
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with resolution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Knowledge of food cost control methods and inventory management
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies for driving business growth
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
