Fitter Technician

We are seeking a skilled Fitter Technician to join our team in Kaunas. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. Your duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Assemble and install mechanical systems according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a fitter or similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (preferred but not required)
