We are currently hiring a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Kaunas. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for shaping, cutting, and welding metal components to create various structures and products. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, operating machinery and equipment, and ensuring quality control of finished products.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Metal Worker
- Knowledge of metalworking tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Physical strength and stamina for handling heavy materials
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Experience with welding techniques such as MIG or TIG is preferred
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the specific requirements for each project
- Use various metalworking tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc. to cut and shape metal pieces according to specifications
- Operate welding equipment to join metal components together using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements and cuts made
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Follow all safety protocols while handling materials and operating machinery
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate with supervisors or other team members regarding any issues or concerns

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position. The exact salary will depend on the candidate's level of experience.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with flexible working hours. The employee must have their own visa/work permit for Kaunas. This position is open to all nationalities.
