We are a fine-dining restaurant located in the beautiful coastal city of Ashdod, Israel. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our team and assist our Head Chef in creating delicious and innovative dishes for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meets our standards at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Training and supervising junior kitchen staff
- Creating new menu items and specials based on seasonality and availability of ingredients
- Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
- Passion for creating unique and flavorful dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also being able to improvise when needed
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required
