Architectural Designer

We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Shan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans for various projects. Your role will involve working closely with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts accordingly
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and building materials
