Executive Chef - Fine Dining


As an Executive Chef for our fine dining restaurant in the charming city of Fonvieille, you will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking a talented and passionate chef who can bring their own unique creativity to our menu while also maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new menu items that reflect the latest culinary trends and showcase local ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in recipes and techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special event menus
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also adhering to traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability manage a team effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Understanding of food cost control
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1300 per month along with additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
