We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on commercial and residential properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, suitable for freshers or experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Inspect properties for any damages or issues and make necessary repairs.
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or after-hours if needed.

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals with valid work authorization in the US. This is a part-time position without accommodation, but we provide free visa sponsorship and ticket for the right candidate.
