Plumber Technician



Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber Technician to join our team in Alta, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems and equipment in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate must have experience in the plumbing field and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with construction team to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems in new buildings
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing equipment
- Respond to emergency calls for repairs
- Maintain logs of repairs and installations
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plumber Technician
- Valid plumber's license/certification
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment.
- Must have own tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed.

Compensation:
This is a contract position paying $1200 per week. Accommodation will not be provided.

Location:
This role is based in Alta, Canada but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Canada.
