Architectural Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Vianden. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Oversee the work of design teams and contractors to ensure quality and accuracy
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Ensure projects adhere to all safety regulations
- Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vianden (open to candidates willing to relocate)

Country: Preference for candidates from Europe or those with valid work permits/visas.
