Architectural Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects within the city.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the project from conception to completion
- Develop project plans and budgets, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Review and approve all architectural designs and plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Project Manager
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
1200$ per month
