Barista

As a Barista in our charming café located in the quaint city of Fonvieille, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual who has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing temperatures, and maintaining clean equipment
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers while taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Uphold company standards for food safety, sanitation, and hygiene
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the café

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee roasts and brewing methods is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail in preparing beverages according to customer preferences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to Fonvieille
Salary:
$1000 per month. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
