Entry-Level Restaurant Manager
We are searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff members, managing inventory and budgets, and handling any customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Train and supervise staff members
- Manage inventory and budgets
- Handle any customer complaints in a professional manner
- Create schedules for staff members
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
