Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for our clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients achieve their desired results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals, medical history, and lifestyle habits
- Design customized training plans that are safe, effective, and tailored to the client's goals and abilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching during training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
- Create challenging yet achievable workout routines that incorporate a variety of exercises to keep clients engaged and motivated
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits to complement their fitness routine
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer in a gym or fitness center setting
- Certification from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Passion for helping others reach their health and wellness goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must have own visa in Bahrain

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
