Architecture Manager
As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and other structures in the city of Clairvaux. Your main duties will include developing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and legal requirements. You will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure that our projects are innovative and sustainable. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who have experience in architecture management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
Salary: $1300 per month
City: Clairvaux
Country: Any (Preference for Indian candidates)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Clairvaux for the duration of the contract
Responsibilities:

- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and legal requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architecture
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and team members
- Provide guidance on design concepts and materials selection
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure project success
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
