Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if required
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
