Architectural Technologist



We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design and construction of buildings. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop building designs and construction plans
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess building conditions
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Prepare technical documents such as specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.

Location:
Our office is located in the bustling city of Faisalabad. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Faisalabad or nearby cities, we are open to considering applicants from other locations who are willing to relocate.
